I wonder where is the origin of this capital decoration… it could be influenced by the Greek capitals brought to North Africa during the Roman era, or the Fatimid Caliphate built in the 11th Century, in a style originating from Egypt? These images show us the variety of time and origins. I wish to visit there, if non-muslims are allowed to enter?

コリント式と似ている、このアーチの両側にある柱頭の飾りの由来は、、？古代ローマ人が支配していた頃の近隣の建築に似せたのかも？とも思ったのですが、11世紀にケルアンを占領したエジプトのファーティマ朝が持ち込んだ、古代のエジプトの柱頭に起源を持つ、という推測に至りました。この画像たちは、いろいろな時代とスタイルの影響を伝えてくれます。いつか行きたい！と思うのですが、非イスラム教徒を入れてくれるのかな？
