A huuuuge Cube/regular hexahedron is sitting on top of a mountain… It seems that this stamp is celebrating the anniversary of Freemasonry and I only guess that the Cube has some iconic meaning to them.  Ornamental typography is in similar style to this book cover, says ‘Pioneer of graphic art’.

巨大な正六面体が山の上に鎮座している図、、、フリーメイソンのルクセンブルク支部の記念祭を祝っているらしいこの切手から、正六面体が何かの象徴であることが想像できます。装飾的なタイポグラフィは、写真家でもあったこの切手のデザイナーの本に使われたものと似ています。
