Macau is issuing their own stamps even after its return from Portugal to China in 1999.  They have unique mixture of West and East in their stamp range.  This one is designed with love and respect for findings, I think.

兎を描いている切手をもう一枚、マカオから。この兎たちはフィボナッチ数に登場する問題の一つを表し黄金比が自然界に与えている美しい法則の一つを図示しているのでした。

マカオでは、1999年の中国返還ののちも、こうやってポルトガル名のデザイナーが切手をデザインしているのですね。白抜きの背景には黄金比の近似値がびっしり印刷され、かりっと仕上がった端正なデザイン。
