This describe the Golden ratio exists in nature or rules sense of beauty.  The top centre Golden letter is ‘φ’, after Greek sculptor Phidias, who is thought the first user of this Golden ratio.

黄金比の自然界における例としては、分かりやすいオウム貝。切手上部の真ん中にある「φ」は、歴史上はじめて黄金比について書き残した紀元前5世紀の古代ギリシアの彫刻家だったペイディアスを表しています。
