Abominable Snowman

This character is more snowman than a tiger – it has White long hairs, red mouth and one eye. Also the picture suggests it carries a hunting trophy – a human in his hands.

This series of stamps show three more different types of snowman and a total of 15 triangular and colourful stamps issued all together. These tell us that the fairy tales of the Yeti were wide spread in their sacred mountains.

この雪男は白いふさふさの毛と顔の真ん中の一つ目で、雪男らしい風貌です。頭の後ろには、棒のように固まっている人間を担いでいるし、、。
