This decorated capital is from the Saadi Sultanate from early 16th to mid 17th century. It has shared aesthetics with Moorish architecture in Spain, such as the Alhambra palace in Granada. The style has similarities with the more familiar Islamic patterns used later and in modern times.

16世紀初頭から17世紀中ごろまでモロッコを支配したサアド朝の柱頭。スペインで王朝を立てたムーア人が持ち帰った、スペイン・ムーア建築の装飾で、グラナダのアルハンブラ宮殿などと似た様式です。時代が下ってくると、見慣れたイスラム模様に近づいてきますね。
