This is my best favourite one in this series of insects stamps – beautiful shield shape and funny eyes. And many types of this kind are called Stink Bugs with a reason – they produce foul-smelling liquid from their glands if you touch them. There is a spray product in Japan to freeze stink bugs before it releases the liquid – I wonder if they come back from a faint after a while..?
朱色と緑！しかも光っている！目立つ姿のアカスジキンカメムシですが、うかつに手に取ったらものすごくクサいのは他のカメムシの仲間と同じようです。こんな綺麗な虫が洗濯物にとまっていたら、取り込むのを躊躇しそうですが、けっこう困っている人も多いのか「カメムシコロリ」という名前の駆除剤まであって、驚きです。これは冷却成分を使って、クサい液体を出す前に気絶させるらしい、、、。カメムシは落ちた地面で、気絶から復活するのかな？
