3rd year of 5 years Kalkinma Plani

I could not find what the Kalkinma Plani was – just guessing it is about industrial or agricultural productivity, having a high target to achieve.  Very 1970s – the mood, composition and the colour.

ネットの辞書ではトルコ語の「Kalkinma Plani」が何なのか分からなかったのですが、デザインから読み解くと、これは生産性を上げよう！という国家のスローガンではないかと思われます。デザインや雰囲気、使われている色まで、とても70年代な切手です。
