Hands are eager to grab an opium poppy – owing to unavoidable circumstances.  Effective White band to separate hands from what they want… a simple graphic effect for what the campaign to achieve.

アヘンを育てているケシの実に向かって延びる「のっぴきならない」3本の手。麻薬中毒を減らすための国際的な努力を謳った切手です。画面を縦に横切る白い帯が、手とケシの実を隔てる。グラフィックによる「断ち切り」の表現ですね。
